A clear way forward.
A renovation is a series of decisions. Here is how we move from the first idea to the final walkthrough.
Consultation & planning
Discuss the scope, finish direction, estimate, and timeline considerations.
Discuss the proposed work, material responsibilities, access, budget, and timing. Any required specialist involvement or approvals should be addressed before the relevant work.
Construction & transformation
Work progresses through the agreed stages, with communication about decisions and details.
Agree how decisions and updates will be handled. Changes to scope or selections should be discussed so their impact is understood.
Final walkthrough
Review the completed scope together and discuss any outstanding items.
Walk through the completed scope and discuss finishing details or outstanding items. Keep your project documents for future reference.
