Information you choose to share

The enquiry form collects the contact details, project description, location, budget guidance, preferences, and photographs you submit. Please include only information needed to discuss your project. Avoid identification documents, payment card details, and sensitive personal information.

How it is used

Rexan uses enquiry information to review your proposed work, communicate with you, and manage the enquiry. Submission is not consent to unrelated marketing. Your uploaded enquiry photos are private and are not automatically added to the public portfolio.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries and photos are stored using the website’s Cloudflare database and file storage. Website hosting and access are provided through ChatGPT Sites. Where email delivery is configured, Resend processes notification and confirmation emails. These providers may process data outside Canada.

Access and retention

Enquiry access is restricted to the configured Rexan owner account. Rexan can review and delete enquiry records and their attached photos. Contact Rexan to request access, correction, or deletion. Records may need to be retained where required for an ongoing project or applicable obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for access and security. If tracking is added later, this notice and any necessary consent controls should be updated.
